Hawaii Weddings Questions
Hi,
I am thinking about a Hawaii
wedding sometime next year (end of summer/fall) or
Spring 2007. Not sure what the weather is like or the
cheapest less touristy season is (prefable for us).
# of guests will be around 60.
Planning to stay in the hotel.
Would like a good set of photos
Boquets for bride, 4 bridesmaids
Leis for guests
What do you think about having a reception at Aaron's @
Ala Moana Hotel? I thought I might save money on having
to hire a DJ because they apparently have live music
although I am not sure what kind. I think they have a
private room too and the food pricing per person seems
about right to me. I am open to other suggestions too
but am limited to my Irish "fiance's" (see why the
quotes) preference for food which is basically meat and
potatoes - nothing fancy! So Aaron's has a good
selection for him as well as my more adventurous
guests/family.
I am looking for a fun, intimate, classy but not stuffy
wedding.
By the way, Paudie and I were actually married last year
at SF City Hall but we have pretty much only told close
friends and my family that we are actually married. This
is to be our public ceremony for our relatives/friends
and also our families who were not in attendance last
year. So, we wouldn't need to get a license, but would
like this to have the look and feel of a regular
wedding!
Thanks,
Vicki Lee

To Whom It May Concern:
My fiancee and I are planning a wedding ceremony and reception in Kauai for
mid-late August 2006 and are gathering information from various planners.
We were interested in your site and would like to get more information if
possible.
As of now, we are considering something simple but classy with a modern
Asian theme and will likely have between 40-50 guests. As I'm Japanese and
my fiancee is American, we'll also need assistance with marriage license
requirements and related items.
Please let us know if you would be able to accomodate us in what we're
looking for. Thanks for your time.
Sincerely,
Mami Takahashi
Hi, my name is Kelley Dunbar and I am interested
in getting married at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental
Hotel. I live in Kansas
City,
Missouri,
and I have spent a lot of time on line looking for possible wedding sites. You
have displayed many beautiful pictures and testimonials! I would like to know
how much availability you would have to plan a wedding for either February 11th-20th
or March 4th-12th, I realize that this is not a lot of
notice and would like to know if this feasible. I was also thinking of having a
reception after the ceremony, do you have any packages for this? I am willing to
change locations if I need to, my ideal ceremony would take place on a beach
with approx. 12-20 guests. Thank you for your time, Kelley
