Hawaii Dream Cruise Weddings

We have some wonderful sea worthy wedding packages available four couples that want something different in Hawaii. We offer these packages on the islands of Hawaii, Maui, and Oahu.

Hawaii - 60 feet in length and has a capacity of 45 guests pictured in photograph one on the left above. The sail time is 5:30pm to 7:30pm. 

• Captain to perform ceremony on board

• Bridal Bouquet - your choice of flowers and style

• Groom Boutonniere to match

• Fresh Grilled Fish dinner for up to 45 people, plus (3) vendors

• Open bar  with soft drinks, juices, and premium liquor for up to 2 hours for 45 people, plus (3) vendors

• Professional Photographer - 72 photos with negatives included

• Hawaiian Musician to perform for ceremony and cruise

• Small Wedding cake for cake cutting ceremony

• Onsite wedding coordinator for cruise

• Limousine Service from Hotel to dock and return for bride and groom

• Assistance with wedding planning

• Assistance with marriage license appointment

• Cost: $10600.00 inclusive

• Deposit required for this package is $800.00 non-refundable

• Balance due in equal monthly installments with full payment due 30 days prior to event

• For less than 45 guests, package will be reduced - Minimum 15 guests required

Maui - Prince Kuhio is 92 feet in length and has a capacity of 140 guests pictured in photograph two in the middle above. The sail time is 5.30pm to 7:30pm.

• Captain or a member of the clergy to perform ceremony on board

• Bridal Crown of Flowers - Haku

• Bridal Lei - for lei exchange ceremony

• Maile Lei for Groom - for lei exchange ceremony

• Fresh Grilled Fish dinner for up to 75 people, plus (4 to 5 vendors)

• Open bar with soft drinks, juices, and premium liquor for up to 2 hours for 75 people, plus (4 to 5) vendors

• Professional Photographer - 72 photos with negatives included

• Guitarist/Vocalist to perform for ceremony and cruise

• Hula dancer to perform for ceremony and cruise

• Small Wedding cake for cake cutting ceremony

• Limousine Service from Hotel to dock and return for bride and groom

• Onsite wedding coordinator for cruise

• Assistance with wedding planning

• Assistance with marriage license appointment

• Cost: $19,400.00 inclusive

• Deposit required for this package is $800.00 non-refundable

• Balance due in equal monthly installments with full payment due 30 days prior to event

• For less than 75 guests, package will be reduced - Minimum 45 guests required

• For more than 75 guests, package will be increased - Maximum 140 guests

 Oahu - Rainbow is 75 feet in length and has a capacity of 110 guests pictured in photograph three on the right above. The sail time is 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

• Captain to perform ceremony on board

• Bridal Bouquet - your choice of flowers

• Groom Boutonniere

• Hors D'oeuvres - Fresh grilled steak with vegetables brochettes, chicken satay, cheese and crackers,
  fresh fruit, California roll sushi, garden crudites with herb dip, and relish tray for up to 10 

• Open bar includes domestic beers and wine, champagne, fruit juices, and soft drinks

• Wedding cake that serves 10

• In-boat music for dancing and enjoyment

• Professional Photographer - 32 photos with negatives included

• Professional Videographer - edited tape of ceremony

• Onsite wedding coordinator for cruise

• Assistance with wedding planning

• Assistance with marriage license appointment

• Cost: $7600.00 inclusive

• Deposit required for this package is $800.00 non refundable

• Balance due in equal monthly installments with full payment due 30 days prior to event

• Minimum 10 guests plus (3) vendors

• For more than 10 guests, package will be increased

Requirements:

Packages: There are only three cruise wedding packages available. These packages may not be altered except for adding or deleting guests count. 

Planning: We will assist you and your guests with all your travel needs, wedding plans, and island activities. Accommodations selected are based on quality, value, budget, and availability.

Deposits: A deposit is required in order to book one of these packages. Deposit requirements are listed on each package. $800.00 of the deposit is non-refundable once the venue has been confirmed with a wedding services agreement which will be faxed to you upon receipt of your booking request. Deposits may be made online or you may call our office to arrange for payment at 1-888-311-2583 toll free.

Form of Payments: We will accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover's Card as form of payment, in addition to personal checks or direct wired funds. Any charges for wired funds must be paid for by client. Personal checks will be accepted provided it is received no less than 30 days prior to arrival. For directions for wired funds, please inquire at 1-888-311-2583 toll free.

Refunds: Refunds on packages purchased will be made provided cancellation is made prior to 30 days prior to event. For cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Refunds will be made in the manner in which they were paid. For credit card payments, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction. For check payments, a check will be forwarded with the refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after official receipt of cancellation made in writing by parties to
the wedding agreement.

Airfares: We will be happy to assist you with airfares from your destination to Hawaii. We have two plans available. Published fares if paid for by credit card, and bulk airfare rates if paid by direct wired funds. Bulk airfare rates will save you anywhere from $100 and up.

Cancellations: Cancellation policies of all vendors selected for wedding packages, their cancellation policies shall apply in all cases. Vendors include, hotels, vacation condominiums, bed and breakfast inns, photographers, videographers, musicians, caterers, retail stores, ministers, including but not limited to any other vendor booked for the package.
