Registries

A bridal registry is a service offered by retail stores to help engaged couples in the distribution of gifts to the wedding guests. The couple selects items from store stock and makes a list of these. This list if filed with the selected merchant. The merchant or the family of the couple makes this list available to the wedding guests. When the item in the list is bought, the registry is accordingly updated. The bridal registry offers valuable data to the buyer. It avoids the receipt of unwanted or duplicate gifts and saves times for the recipient as well as the giver.
