Our company was formed in January of 1997 Kauai wedding   Kauai wedding packages   Kauai beach weddings and we literally launched our web site on August 1, 1997. Because all of our services are personalized, we always have a coordinator on site for all of our events. By request, we will also just arrange all of the services needed for your venue without an onsite wedding coordinator for supervision. Our specialty is custom elegant weddings with luxurious resort accommodations. No matter what size from 2 to 500, all of our weddings are personal, intimate and elegant. We provide the following coordinating services to all of clients. Some venues may vary depending on the wishes of the bride and groom. Here is a list of some of our services that we provide:

* Arrange wedding site according to package or couples wishes
* Arrange hotel, bed and breakfast, private estate accommodations, and vacation rentals
* Arrange car rental and limousine rentals
* Arrange minister to perform ceremony
* Arrange photographers to shoot ceremony and/or reception
* Arrange videographers to shoot ceremony and/or reception
* Arrange musicians for ceremony and/or reception
* Arrange disc jockeys for reception
* Arrange special entertainment such as hula dancers, m.c.'s, etc.
* Arrange tuxedo rentals
* Arrange bridal gown designs appointments
* Arrange for bridal flowers, leis, bouquets
* Arrange for decorations for chapels, churches, and reception tables
* Arrange for wedding accessories, guests books, favors, wedding cameras, wishing bubbles, release, rainbow pigeon release, and much more!
* Arrange for wedding cakes, wedding cake toppers, pick up and deliver and return equipment
* Arrange for party rentals, tables, chairs, linen, champagne fountains, wedding arches, tents, etc.
* Arrange for professional caterers or hotel banquet rooms with couples choice of menus
* Arrange for beauty salons, spa and massage services, etc.
* Arrange private wedding dinners for 2
* Arrange honeymoon activities such as snorkeling, helicopter rides, horseback riding, land tours, etc.
* Arrange receptions sites, such as hotel banquet rooms, private estates, etc.
* Arrange marriage license appointments for marriage license with agents
* Pick up and deliver supplies as needed for ceremony and/or reception
* On site wedding coordinator at wedding ceremony and/or reception site
* Arrange air travel and hotel accommodations
* We will also refer you to another wedding professional if we are unable to confirm your dates.

In 1998, we introduced our coordination services for special events such as conventions, concerts, business seminars, corporate retreats and much more!

What we don't do:

We do not handle individual items such as arrangement just for tuxedo rentals or florist needs or any other one item service. We will then refer you to our wedding guide with local vendors that you can choose from on the appropriate island to arrange for yourself.

We do not send out brochures because our packages are constantly changing. We are however working on a cd which will include photos of wedding sites, general pricing, honeymoon accommodations, reception sites, and informative information about Hawaii. These cd's will be sent to clients who have registered with a deposit for any of our packages or custom weddings

Our fees will depend on the type of wedding venue you have selected. For our packages, our fees are included giving you a better price. For custom weddings done through our wedding planner and individually, the following coordination fees shall apply. Fees may vary with custom weddings and will depend on the final venue chosen.

Our coordination fees:

Our arrangements of honeymoon accommodations, rental cars, and activities such as sight seeing tours, boating, fishing, golfing, and other activities for guests will increase the fees listed below. These fees are only for the amount of guests for the wedding and reception only.

Wedding Coordination Services - Basic: - up to 10 guests

Includes coordination of wedding site, minister, leis or bridal bouquets, boutonnières, photographer, limousine service, champagne service and onsite wedding coordinator supervision. We will negotiate your wedding site fees, pick up the floral, negotiate with photographers, limousine services, and arrange for champagne service either at the establishment or bring it to the site. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on public beaches.

Hawaii $400 Oahu $450 Kauai $450 Maui $550 Lanai $650 Molokai $450 plus tax

Wedding and Reception Services - Upgraded: - up to 30 guests

Includes coordination of wedding site, minister, leis or bridal bouquets, boutonnières, photographer, limousine service, champagne service videographer, wedding cake, musicians, tuxedo rentals, centerpieces, decorations, favors, butterflies released, reception or private dinners from 2 to 30 guests, caterers, and onsite wedding and partial reception coordinator supervision. We will negotiate your wedding site fees, pick up the floral, negotiate with photographers, limousine services, pick up the butterflies, return the tuxedo rentals, attach the needed decorations, arrange the musicians, pick and deliver the wedding cake if necessary and return any pillars to the bakery, set-up floral for receptions and wedding sites, arrange rehearsal dinners, arrange rehearsal with ministers and arrange for champagne service either at the establishment or bring it to the site. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on public beaches.

Hawaii $600 Oahu $650 Kauai $650 Maui $750 Lanai $850 Molokai $650 plus tax

Wedding, Reception, and Honeymoon Services - Deluxe - up to 100 guests

Includes coordination of wedding site, minister, leis or bridal bouquets, boutonnières, photographer, limousine service, champagne service videographer, wedding cake, musicians, tuxedos, centerpieces, decorations, favors, butterflies released, reception or private dinners from 31 to 100 guests, caterers, onsite wedding and full reception coordinator, hotel accommodations, airfare, rental car reservations, honeymoon activities such as luaus, snorkeling, parasailing, horseback rides, airport greetings, etc. We will negotiate your wedding site fees, pick up the floral, negotiate with
Oahu Wedding photographers, limousine services, pick up the butterflies, return the tuxedo rentals, attach the needed decorations, arrange the musicians, pick and deliver the wedding cake if necessary and return any pillars to the bakery, set-up floral for receptions and wedding sites, arrange rehearsal dinners, arrange rehearsal with ministers and arrange for champagne service either at the establishment or bring it to the site. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on public beaches. In addition, we will make all the arrangements for your accommodations, car rentals, and honeymoon activities for the bride and groom. Other guests will incur an additional charge.

Hawaii $850 Oahu $900 Kauai $900 Maui $1000 Lanai $1100 Molokai $900 plus tax

For more than 100 guest affairs we will quote individually depending on the venue, dates, and locations.

These fees are subject to change depending on the venue and services provided. Some fees may be higher or lower depending on the venue, date, time, and availability. With each planned event, we will provide an estimation of our fees with the wedding venue.

Our primary concern is to provide all of our clients with the highest caliber of qualified and professional vendors to make your wedding and honeymoon experience in Hawaii memorable and exquisite! Our commitment is to allow you to be relatively stress free and let us arrange and supervise your special wedding event.

We require a non-refundable $200.00 deposit to hold your reservations and secure your dates. Additional deposits may be necessary to reserve your wedding site upon reservations. Payments may be made either online using our secure server or you may send your payment to: Blue Hawaii Weddings, P.O. Box 383556, Waikoloa, Hawaii 96738. If you wish, we will also accept a fax reservation, provided you supply us with your banking information  Upon receipt, we will send you confirmation of your selected wedding venue, our services agreement outlining the details of your wedding venue, payment schedule, and any other pertinent details. We will then proceed to secure the needed vendors to complete your wedding venue. All vendors scheduled for your event will be under contract with Blue Hawaii Weddings. This secures your wedding venue and protects all parties involved. We will have contracts with hotels, wedding sites, photographers, videographers, florists, ministers, etc. Blue Hawaii Weddings will not be responsible for any vendor, if deposits have not been made as scheduled by our services agreement for your wedding venue. All payments must be paid in full prior to your arrival in Hawaii to guarantee your reservations. Credit card charges shall be assessed a fee of $40.00 per transaction which is over $500.00.

Please remember that these are our fees for coordinating the wedding venue and/or honeymoon itinerary and does not include the costs for each individual vendor that supply services such as wedding site fees, ministers, photographers, videographers, florist, limousines, caterers, decorations, or anything else.
