I am exploring the idea of having my
wedding in Hawaii
and was very impressed with the pictures from Lance & Tracy's
wedding at Kahala Mandarin Hotel.
This is what I need:
-There will be about 12-15 guests how many guest
usually for a
beach wedding in Hawaii
-I would like the ceremony to be overlooking the water
but not physically on the beach (I would like us to be on grass, like in
Lance and Tracy's pictures)
-I would like a gazebo, and a path of flowers (like in
the pictures)
-each of the 2-3 groomsmen to have lei's
-each of the 2-3 bridesmaids to have bouquets where do
i find a selection...
at Hawaii florist
-the groom to have a lei and bride to have a cascading
bouquet
-Photographer providing 200 pictures, 25 black and
white and all negatives can you show me some
photographers on maui
-A musician for the ceremony - such as a harpist
and/or flutist
-Hair and makeup for bride and bridesmaids
-Videographer
-Champagne
-dinner reception
-limo to and from the site
Could you please provide me with some ideas/quotes
that incorporate these things?

Apologies for mithering you, I know you are very busy. We are having huge problems with out current agent with regards the wedding package, Grace was aware of this problem and recommended you. I told her I had already tried to contact you as I had visited your website so she said she would get in touch with you - I hope you don't mind, Grace has said that you work with the Kahala a lot and I very much hope you can help us. only having a small wedding and a meal with family afterwards. There is only going to be a maximum of 10 guests but obviously we still want something special and memorable. (we have been together for 15 years so have been waiting a long time for this day) The things we would like the package to include are :- minister, gazebo decoration, floral bouquet for the bride, leis for myself, groom and guests if possible (if not we can buy some when we arrive), music, photographer, photo package, keepsake wedding certificate, wedding video. ** The music and the wedding video - although we would like these it depends on the price/cost - if too expensive we will leave these. Wedding cake & champagne have been arranged through Grace. Would appreciate if you could give me a price/cost for the above package (doesn't have to be exactly the same, I am open to suggestions, changes if you require this) I would also like hair and makeup for myself on the day - is this something you can arrange or should I arrange this myself?
