the site of many films such as Blue Hawaii, Jurrassic Park, and Viva Las Vegas to mention a few. 
 We have some wonderful packages to offer for this island. We would also
be happy to create a special venue for you if any of these packages do not suit your needs.

Kauai's Adventure Package

This is by far one of the best wedding adventure venues that we have to offer. It is definitely for
those who want something different. Located at the home of the Jurassic Park Falls
 (Manawai'opuna Falls) This venue is limited to no more than (4) people in the wedding party.
Two helicopters will be used for transportation and the total time for this adventure wedding
is approximately 2.5 hours. You will need to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to
 departure to sign waivers and be ready to leave at the appointed time. 

Haena on the island of Kauai. There is a special place here where most "Halau's" which mean school of Hula, their Kumu Hula's (teachers) often take their students to dance. It was here that Pele sent her sister to get her groom from Kauai, as the legend tells of her longing for the Prince.

Requirements for your Hanalei Bay Wedding:

Options: You may select any options that are listed for each wedding package. Only options available for the specific package are available. 

Packages: There are only three wedding packages available for the island of Kauai. These packages may not be altered with the exception of adding to the packages with options. To create your own venue with your own specifications please use our wedding planner link below.

Planning: We will assist you and your guests with all your travel needs, wedding plans, and island activities. Accommodations selected are based on quality, value, budget, and availability.

Deposits: A deposit is required in order to book one of these packages. Deposit requirements are listed on each package. $500 to $1000.00 of the deposit is non-refundable once the venue has been confirmed with a wedding services agreement which will be faxed to you upon receipt of your booking request.

Form of Payments: We will accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discovery's Card as form of payment, in addition to personal checks or direct wired funds. Any charges for wired funds must be paid for by client. Personal checks will be accepted provided it is received no less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Refunds: Refunds on packages purchased will be made provided cancellation is made prior to 30 days prior to event. For cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Refunds will be made in the manner in which they were paid. For credit card payments, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction. For check payments, a check will be forwarded with the refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after official receipt of cancellation made in writing by parties to the wedding agreement.

Airfares: We will be happy to assist you with airfares from your destination to Hawaii. We have two plans available. Published fares if paid for by credit card, and bulk airfare rates if paid by direct wired funds. Bulk airfare rates will save you anywhere from $100 and up.

Cancellations: Cancellation policies of all vendors selected for wedding packages, their cancellation policies shall apply in all cases. Vendors include, hotels, vacation condominiums, bed and breakfast inns, photographers, videographers, musicians, caterers, retail stores, ministers, including but not limited to any other vendor booked for
the package.
