I
was looking through the weddings
again and I
saw wedding
cake and I love it. They had
the same bamboo cake that I've
chosen and I love the way you
have the flowers arranged on
there. Can we do something like
that with the blue flowers you
mentioned earlier?
Thanks!

I finally have the time to sit down and write you! Again, I would like to
thank you for your welcoming spirit. I am excited to work with you. My
father is interested in speaking with you as well. As requested, here is
what we are envisioning for our wedding! We are looking forward to a
smaller, quite intimate wedding. Here is a general idea of what we want.
Date/Time: Saturday June 30, 2007/ Time uncertain
Bridal party: One maid of honor (my sister, Aei) and one best man (Cameron's
brother, Kyle) No other attendants
Guests: We are looking at approximately 35 people
At first, we thought a beach wedding at Waimanalo would be the way to go,
but after some consideration - we are thinking of a ceremony/reception at a
beach house. Here is where I am requesting the most assistance. I've
looked online for beach houses to rent out -- but am having some
challenges. Do you have any ideas/past experiences/suggestions? I
understand there would be separate costs for the rental. A location walking
distance to the waterfront preferable. Another idea is a chapel. Again,
any ideas?
We are requesting a pastor from Word of Life.
As for coordination with you, I am interested in:
-Set up at location (flower arrangement, petals, arch (if needed))
-Solo violinist for processional and recessional - Can I request the piece
selection (not traditional wedding music)?
-Flowers: My bouquet
Maid of honor bouquet
Groom's boutonniere
Best man's boutonniere
Two leis for fathers
Two wrist corsages for mothers
-Lotus Star Photography and Edited Orchid Package Video (DVD)
-Wedding Certificate
-Reception at location - Uncertain
Light hors d'oeuvres (sushi platters, fruit/veggie trays, finger
sandwiches,etc)
Wedding cake
Sparkling grape juice/punch (no alcohol)
My father is looking into some venues for a sit down dinner...I will keep
you posted on that. If at a restaurant, will you be able to attend and take
pictures and video? Obviously, if at a restaurant, food will not be a
concern, however, can I still coordinate a wedding cake through you?
-Sound system to play background music, couple's first dance,
father/daughter dance, mother/son dance, and (possibly) for hula dancing.
Depending on the location
We are looking to spend no more than I'm sure we can plan a beautiful and
memorable wedding together. I look forward to hearing from you. I am
sending the deposit check (this week with a sign certificate.
As requested, here is a picture of Cameron and me - so you know who you are
working with! :)

www.bluehawaiiweddings.com, I
saw two bouquets I really like,
although they aren't anywhere
near my colors, but if we can do
them in white and maybe the
spray blue stuff you were
talking about. The first
one is Renee Allee & David
Fredrik Eriksson's wedding on
12/23/05. The next one i
wedding on 3/5/06.

We found this
photo and we LOVE this arch. Can we do something like this?
ve been looking around the
site and I found a cake that I like. It’s the cake that Kailua Fritz
and Joannah Rivera had. Also, where was their ceremony and reception
held? What wedding package did they purchase? And what time was
their wedding?
I’ve also been looking at
arches, but we’re still deciding.
I found this on
LHJ.com. I like the square cake with the blue, it matches our
wedding colors.

I’ve been
totally fine until today, I made the mistake of looking at the calendar and
I’ve been a mess all day. My wedding is in about 90 days! So I
have a few questions.
If for some
reason I can’t get out there before the wedding like I wanted to, is this
whole thing “doable” with me being here and you being there? (I’m sure
it is, I think I just need reassurance).
I’ve been
looking at your web site and I really like the Kahala Mandrain gazebo.
I also saw a really pretty picture of how it was set up for Jim and Wendy’s
wedding on 5/05, and I think I’d like it decorated like that if we do decide
to have the ceremony at diamondhead gazebo. I noticed there was fee
for use of the gazebos, is that fee in addition to the package price?
Also, our
package isand right now we plan on having between 20-30 people at the
wedding. I know you told me anything over 7 people is $45 per person
for the Luau. My question is, is it really necessary to pay for every
single person over 7? I know when I’ve done buffet style events in the
past you always get more food than people which means you always have left
over food. So if you could help me with that, I would appreciate it.
I think those
are all the questions I have right now, Lori will be contacting you later
this week or next week to discuss some things as well.
Thank you so
much for your help, I know we don’t talk that often but I think you’re
great!
Aloha,
Naheshae
