Hawaii Wedding Packages and Photos

Oahu is home to our State's Capitol Honolulu, and the famous Waikiki Beach. Although it is the metropolis of the Hawaiian Islands, Honolulu offers everything that you could want in terms of vendors, activities, accommodations, shopping, and more. Choose this island and the venues we have to offer if you want variety!

Beachside Oahu Package Romance

This romantic beach side wedding and reception package is available for both luncheon or dinner venues. For Luncheon venues, the ceremony time is 10:30am in the morning with lunch at 12:00noon. For dinner venues, ceremony time is available at 5:000pm with dinner at 6:30pm. Minimum for reception venues are 15 people. For less than 15, this package is available without reception and accommodations. Accommodations are available for bride and groom only, subject to availability and confirmation.

White Pikake Package

There are two excellent waterfall locations that is used for this particular venue. Both are secluded and beautiful. One is located on the North Shore of the island at an enchanted park. Ceremony times are only available at 9:30am and 4:30pm. Only two weddings per day are allowed. Only up to 14 people are included in this venue. More may attend, at an additional charge for this location. The other location is located on a private estate property in the valley at the center of the island. The ceremony times are limited from 10:00am to 4:00pm. A short walk is necessary to get to the wedding site. Attendance for this site is limited to no more than 14 people. This package includes accommodations for (14) people. For Less than 14 people please use our wedding planner link below to customize your wedding venue because this package cannot be altered.

Requirements:

Options: You may select any options that are listed for each wedding package. Only options available for the specific package are available. 

Packages: There are only three wedding packages available for the island of Oahu. These packages may not be altered with the exception of adding to the packages with options. To create your own venue with your own specifications please use our wedding planner link below.

Planning: We will assist you and your guests with all your travel needs, wedding plans, and island activities. Accommodations selected are based on quality, value, budget, and availability.

Deposits: A deposit is required in order to book one of these packages. Deposit requirements are listed on each package. $700.00 of the deposit is non-refundable once the venue has been confirmed with a wedding services agreement which will be faxed to you upon receipt of your booking request.

Form of Payments: We will accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover's Card as form of payment, in addition to personal checks or direct wired funds. Any charges for wired funds must be paid for by client. Personal checks will be accepted provided it is received no less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Refunds: Refunds on packages purchased will be made provided cancellation is made prior to 30 days prior to event. For cancellations made after 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Refunds will be made in the manner in which they were paid. For credit card payments, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction. For check payments, a check will be forwarded with the refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after official receipt of cancellation made in writing by parties to the wedding agreement.

Airfares: We will be happy to assist you with airfares from your destination to Hawaii. We have two plans available. Published fares if paid for by credit card, and bulk airfare rates if paid by direct wired funds. Bulk airfare rates will save you anywhere from $100 and up.

Cancellations: Cancellation policies of all vendors selected for wedding packages, their cancellation policies shall apply in all cases. Vendors include, hotels, vacation condominiums, bed and breakfast inns, photographers, videographers, musicians, caterers, retail stores, ministers, including but not limited to any other vendor booked for the package.
