Available throughout the islands, Molokai and Lanai islands need a minimum of 2 months in advance reservations, car rentals are limited on these particular islands. The remaining islands offer excellent choices for cars, limousines, shuttles, vans, and four wheel vehicles. Local search for guest speakers for your event and theme. We have a list of trades professionals, carpenters, electricians, painters, surveyors, engineers, architects, that will help design and produce your event theme and logistics. We will coordinate any supplies needed for your event, tents, tables, chairs, staging, backdrops, signage, and more!
We will provide you with city guides for the island of your choice for your attendee's. There may be a small minimum charge depending on the volume needed. Horseback Rides, Helicopter Tours, Land Tours, Luaus, Horseback Rides, Rodeos, Snorkeling, Sailing, Parasailing, Underwater Tours, eco Tours, Hiking, Star Gazing, and much more can be arranged. If you are planning to have a seminar in Hawaii, we will arrange your facilities, equipment, advertising, press releases, ticket sales, accommodations, car rentals, and anything else that you may need. We will either hire a local advertising firm to conduct your publicize of your event, or conduct the campaign ourselves. You will have the option of reviewing our proposal as well as proposals from other firms. We will provide a centralized registration service on the Internet for you and submit the results to your headquarters.
There are a lot of beautiful vacation rental properties located in Hawaii. Condominiums, homes, and corporate retreats. Just let us know what it is that you need and we will provide you with choices that will meet your criteria. Business meeting rooms in hotels are available on all islands. Rates will vary according to season. Depending on the size of your groups, local theaters may also be available for your meeting. There are not very many amphitheaters located in Hawaii, however there are a few that may be booked for events. Depending on the size of the event, there are a few concert halls that may be used. Another substitution are ballrooms in Hotels, and outside facilities with tents. Pepsi Cola Corporation recently held a Rolling Stone concert on the island of Hawaii for 5000 employees. The event was held on the property of the Waikoloa Hilton Resort with a tent and the event was a success. Convention facilities are located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, and Kauai. Again, depending on the size of the event, some of the islands may not be able to accommodate unless special arrangements are made.
There is a wonderful inter-island cruise that goes to all the islands and ports on the major four islands. In addition, charted dinner cruises are available. We will coordinate security services for your events should you require it by arranging security services in the area of your scheduled event.
