big island weddings

Hello Aloha from England to Hawaii, I love the information on your Blue Hawaii Weddings site

My fiancée and I are visiting Hawaii from England and just love the big island we are there from 6 jan 2006 to 9 feb 2007 inclusive with our 6 month old little girl. We are wanting to stay at a beautiful Hotel on the big island do you have any suggestion

Are you available to assist us have a very simple yet special and elegant wedding with just the two of us? We are not set on dates, but as a start, . As our baby is with us, we will go back to the hotel for a private celebratory dinner following our exchange of vows. Can you please provide us with a quote on the following:

. Provision of a minister - I looked at your site and saw Hawaii ministers on your site who looked like someone we would feel comfortable with and I liked the fact that music would be possible. I particularly like the music Hawaii music would be perfect for our wedding - especially traditional style old ones and would love to include this somehow as well

. Recommendation of a beach location for us to go to and have the ceremony - is there somewhere great near our hotel so we could have some pictures taken at the hotel as well and we would not have to worry about traveling there with our baby?

. Costing for the provision of a photographer who could take some black and white and colored pictures - I would like 20 pictures with larger ones so I can frame them for our parents who will be in Australia. I dont need an album.

If the service was on the beach, is it possible to have a beautiful umbrella or something similar which is not expensive, but defines the area and looks special and some flowers on the ground.

. I have downloaded the marriage application form from your site - should we come to an arrangement, do I get you to sign it first? Also, the form asks where would you like the license mailed to. How long does it take? Can i state my hotel or should it be my address in England?

I need to keep the event to minimal cost, but if you feel through your experience that weddings with just two people need certain things to make them that bit special, please advise and provide a costing.
