DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!! My daughter got married there...the AC, refrigerator, oven did not work. The septic is next to the front door and smells. Mr. Fanger has not responded to my numerous emails, letters, calls. I am hiring an attorney to sue him for my deposit, money for fans I had to buy and rental $$ he agreed to return to me.

Fanger swindled us out of our deposit to rent the estate. We had to cancel our stay. Fanger's contract guarantees a full refund if you cancel more than 90 days before your stay. We canceled seven months in advance! Now after 2 months, he won't return our calls or emails and won't refund our nearly $3000 deposit. You should be careful recommending this as a wedding site. Check out the the Star Bulletin's article about the estate and the lies that Fanger has told the State of Hawaii regarding weddings taking place there.
