Photography questions

Hi I am planning a oahu beach front wedding at the end of feb 2007 and i have a few wedding photography questions for you.. I am interested in a VARIATION of the Photo journalism approach package w/Reception coverage. There will be approximately 50 people at my wedding. The package items I do not require are pre wedding photography, i need a hawaii wedding bouquets for the wedding party (I will not have one), limo from airport, the 6 hr limo island tour and instead of a luau, I would have a reception at a restaurant. I would also want simple orchid leis for all the guests. Could you send me a quote of how much this wedding would cost? Also, are you responsible for the set up of the ceremony decorations/chairs etc?
